Our client, a fast-growing food venture company, is looking for a Market Expansion Team Leader (Field Sales) to lead a dynamic sales team in expanding store coverage and customer base across Luzon. If you have strong field experience in FMCG or distributor sales and are ready to grow in a high-impact role, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deploy Field Sales Coordinators (FSCs) to assigned locations
• Execute field sales coverage based on the master route plan
• Saturate nearby stores (markets, groceries, wholesalers, drugstores) within a 2KM radius
• Convert lapsed and new customers using provided digital selling tools (smartphone, power bank, selling app)
• Conduct and record store surveys using company-standard tools and mapping apps
• Maintain digital/manual store visit logs
• Generate and consolidate reports for submission to the Project Head
• Serve as FSC reliever as needed (upon supervisor’s approval)
• Support in identifying customer concerns and recommending service/ops improvements
