Description
- Install, repair, renovation of Don Benito's branches and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Perform plumbing installations and repairs, assist in carpentry tasks, conduct minor electrical work, and undertake painting jobs.
- Collaborate with Managers for project completion.
- Respond to emergency plumbing repairs promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Document work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and wall painting.
- Working Conditions: Often works in residential and commercial settings, both indoors and outdoors, may involve physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.
