You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel growth marketing strategies while managing the sales and marketing tech stack to optimize lead list selection and enrichment, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing,preferably in B2B or outsourcing.
Hands-on and proven experience managing HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and Google Analytics.
Strong background in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and automation workflows.
Proven ability to track and optimize sales and marketing performance metrics.
Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency in CRM and automation tools for sales and marketing.
Strong project management skills to coordinate multi-channel campaigns.
Ability to collaborate with sales teams and align efforts for maximum impact.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies
