要件
- Have around 5 years experiences in HR
- Must understand recruitment processes, job posting, and candidate screening.
- Skilled in interviewing, onboarding, and managing employment documents.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and construction job requirements. Strong communication and organization skills.
- Experience in hiring technical roles like engineers and workers is a big advantage.
