The HR Assistant will support the daily operations of the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is key in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes and contributes to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, orientation schedules, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance and other relevant data.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Manage HR documents such as employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies related to HR and reorder as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and other related tasks as needed.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.

要件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
