  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Manage staff, from hiring to training and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates.
  • Maintain budgetary controls and financial reporting.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through quality service and swift resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in hotel management or customer service roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service and relationship management skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward customer service.
