The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to food service, customer service, training, and budgeting to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues quickly and effectively, including resolving customer complaints and operational challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring quality standards are met in food preparation, service, and overall presentation.

要件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the foodservice industry.
