  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and forecasts.
  • Oversee financial operations, conduct risk assessments, prepare financial reports, and perform market research.
  • Manage budgeting processes and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Supervise finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial insights.
  • Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in competitive analysis, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), risk assessment, financial statement preparation, analytics & reporting, and market research.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, occasional deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
