  • Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve basic concerns
  • Support in processing orders and coordinating deliveries
  • Work with our team to improve store performance and grow online sales
  • Use platforms like BigSeller for syncing inventory and order fulfillment
  • Help create simple product descriptions or taglines if needed

芁件

  • Has basic knowledge or experience using Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop (as a seller)
  • Is trainable and willing to learn new tools and workflows
  • Is organized and tech-savvy, with good attention to detail
  • Has basic understanding (or experience) using BigSeller – a plus!
  • Bonus: knows Canva, Google Sheets, or basic online tools
