Role: Delivery Driver

Reports to: Supply Chain Head

Vehicle Used: L300 & JAC

Job Overview:

• The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting products safely and efficiently to assigned Thai Mango branches. This role involves coordinating with delivery helpers, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining proper documentation. The Delivery Driver must adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while ensuring timely deliveries.
• Deliver products to assigned stores in a timely and safe manner.
• Load and unload products for delivery.
• Assist in locating pickup points and verifying orders for accuracy.
• Inspect and verify supplier deliveries to ensure correctness.
• Maintain delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Report any delivery issues or concerns to the Team Leader or Supply Chain Head.
• Communicate with Store Leaders regarding delivery-related concerns or complaints.
• Notify the Supply Chain Head of any changes in delivery routes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area.
• Unload remaining items from the truck at the end of the shift.
• Obtain signatures from the assigned inventory checker or receiver to confirm delivery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
