Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. This role is critical for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes.

• Customer Interaction: Handling inquiries via phone, email, on-line chat.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues, complaints, and concerns related to products or services.
• Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
• Product Information: Providing accurate information about products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Sales Support: In some cases, customer service roles may also involve assisting with sales efforts or promoting new products.

Requirements/Skills Needed:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM US PST (01:00 AM - 10:00 AM PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
