  • Position: Spanish Customer Help Desk Support
  • Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
  • Work Location: Cebu City
  • Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
  • Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
  • Work Set-up: Work Onsite


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat using Spanish or English languages
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Perform other related tasks if needed.

芁件

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English language
  • Open for Filipino or Foreign nationals who have a permanent visa in the Philippines

  • With or without call center experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is a plus
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
