  • Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, address complaints, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a friendly demeanor.
