1. Receives Service Order (SO) from Leadman and ensures that unit Vehicle Report Card (VRC) is attached to the SO.
2. Checks the received SO and supporting documents provided by the Leadman and clarifies unclear information before vehicle repair. 
3. Logs in and out before and after service delivery in Incadea System for every SO received to be able to track the history and efficiency of services delivered to customers.
4. Provides the preventive maintenance service described in the SO as authorized by Customers.
5. Performs 1000 km up to below 100,000 km Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) / Quick Service
6. Assists Junior and/or Senior technicians in performing minor mechanical General Job / vehicle repair endorsed by the Leadman 
7. Provides assistance in minor mechanical general job / vehicle repair

EDUCATION:  Graduate of Technical / Automotive Vocational Course

ELIGIBILITY:  Driver’s License

TRAINING:  NC II Certification
