  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage schedules, and maintain records.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency, strong customer service skills, scheduling abilities, and solid team player attributes.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
