Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in tech or professional services
Proven track record of outbound lead generation, prospecting, and booking meetings with executive decision-makers (Founder/CEO/CFO).
Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills and executive presence. Local language a must
Experience in full-cycle outreach: sourcing, cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and objection handling.
Very basic financial understanding or ability to qualify companies based on investment criteria (ARR, profitability, vertical market relevance).
Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce) for logging activity, notes, and opportunity stages.
Comfortable working with international teams and aligning with North American time zones (7am-8am Manilla Time on some days).
Self-motivated and disciplined, able to work remotely while hitting weekly outreach and engagement targets.

Qualifications

Experience in or exposure to B2B SaaS, tech, or investment sectors.
Understanding of basic M&A or corporate finance concepts (e.g., recurring revenue, churn, EBITDA).
Relationship-building with founders for long-term engagement.
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar.

Work Schedule

7:00am-4:00pm and 8am-5:00pm PHT

Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
