KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
Proficient (basic to intermediate skill level) with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (VBA is a plus)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Impala, ShowCase Query, MySQL Server, Microsoft Access, IBM DB2, or similar
Experience with Business Intelligence software such as: Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar is a plus
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Displays a desire to learn, understand processes, and reach the next level
Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Ability to compose clearly written, concise, and comprehensive documentation
Ability to work well with team members and leadership
Logical/critical thinker with goal of translating business requirements into technical strategy
Basic business skills with an understanding of general financial operations and major goals (in a healthcare environment is a plus)
Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot technical issues or data anomalies
Ability to take functional notes and manage tasks in compliance with operating procedures/processes

2-4 years analytics and reporting experience or
2-4 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management
