Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure safety standards.
- Respond to service requests from staff and address maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools necessary for repairs.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs on various systems.
- Working Conditions: May require working at heights, in confined spaces, and outside in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
