職務内容

説明

  • Supervise and manage daily farming activities, including planting, harvesting, fertilizing, irrigation, and livestock care (if applicable).
  • Develop and implement farm schedules, production plans, and maintenance programs.
  • Monitor crop and soil conditions, and recommend best practices for optimum yield.
  • Oversee farm labor, provide direction and training, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and farm inputs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to report farm performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and government regulations related to farming practices.

芁件

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a farm management or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of farm operations, crop cultivation, and agricultural equipment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Willing to be based in or relocate to Tanay, Rizal.
