  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
  • Implement financial strategies to optimize efficiency and cash flow.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in accounting software, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours, potential for overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive problem solver, and ability to work under pressure.
