Daily Recording of Expenses/Disbursements
Review and record all company expenses and disbursement transactions in the accounting system.
Verify supporting documents for expenses, such as invoices and receipts, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Daily Petty Cash Reimbursements
Process and record petty cash reimbursements.
Reconcile petty cash fund balances and ensure all expenditures are properly supported by valid receipts.
Monitor and record liquidation of cash advances.
Ensure that all advance liquidations are supported by accurate and complete documentation, and follow up on any outstanding balances.
Prepare and record monthly expense accruals to ensure that incurred expenses are accurately reflected in financial reports.
Reconcile accrual accounts and adjust entries as necessary.
Assist in maintaining organized and updated financial records.
Collaborate with other team members to address discrepancies and improve processes related to expense recording.
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Accounting technology or Finance.
Well-expertise in bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
Proficient in the use of accounting software with hands-on experience.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, best practices, and relevant legal regulations.
knowledgeable of proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
Demonstrated experience in team management, with a focus on defining priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Bonus: With license or certification in relation to Accounting, Finance.
