We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime of production equipment. The role combines expertise in electrical, mechanical, and control systems to support the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing machinery.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Develop and follow maintenance schedules to avoid downtime and ensure machinery longevity.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system failures.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns in production lines, machinery, and automated systems.
• Replace faulty components and systems (e.g., motors, control panels, sensors, pneumatic systems).

System Installation and Upgrades:

• Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment or machinery.
• Collaborate on upgrading existing systems to improve performance, efficiency, and safety.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all maintenance work adheres to safety standards, company procedures, and legal regulations.
• Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials or systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replaced, and any improvements.
• Generate reports on equipment performance, breakdown trends, and maintenance schedules.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance machinery performance.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and other team members.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize machine performance.
• Propose innovative solutions for improving maintenance processes and system efficiency.

• Education: High School/ TESDA or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 or more years of experience in electromechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit diagrams, mechanical machines
• Proficiency in mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and gear drives.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems and control panels.
• Experience with manufacturing machines is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, PLC, or Safety certifications) are preferred.
