Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create and manage lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content marketing, and SEO).
Test different strategies to increase conversions (e.g. landing pages, cold emails, A/B testing).
Work closely with the sales team to make sure messaging is on point and leads are high-quality.
Write compelling content like case studies, blog posts, and social media posts to position the company as a leader in the space.
Launch and manage paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) while minimizing spend waste.
Set up the first versions of our marketing tools (analytics, CRM, automation).

Have 3–5 years of marketing experience in startups, B2B, SaaS, or outsourcing companies.
Are a strong writer who understands what makes people take action.
Can work independently and figure things out quickly with limited resources.
Know how to explain the value and ROI of a service—especially in BPO or remote staffing.
Bonus points if you’ve done growth marketing for SaaS or outsourcing firms before.
