Keterangan

  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and organizing relevant data.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as requested by management.
  • Maintain an organized and updated HR filing system.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative HR tasks as needed.


Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willing to go on field with different sites.
