Keterangan

  • Compute employee wages, allowances, government contributions, and deductions accurately and on time.
  • Prepare monthly payroll summaries, payslips, and payroll reports for approval.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Process final pay, leave conversions, and other payroll adjustments.
  •  Maintain and update 201 files and employee records (contracts, IDs, performance reviews, etc.).
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding (clearances, contracts, government registration).
  • Track employee leaves, absences, and overtime in coordination with department heads.
  • Support recruitment logistics (posting, screening, scheduling interviews, collecting pre-employment requirements.



Persyaratan

  • College Graduate preferably in a relevant field like Human Resources, Business administration or Psychology.
  • With experience as HR. admin/ payroll officer
  • Strong Communication , Interpersonal and organizational Skills.
  • Excellent in written and verbal Communication
  • Must be Computer literate.
  • Capable of handling Multi tasks at once and completing them simultaneously
