JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Sr. Analyst is responsible for managing and processing accurate and timely billing and payout transactions for Manpower agency, third-party logistics (3PL), Mirakl sellers, in-house delivery partners and other suppliers. The role ensures the integrity of payment data and supports operational efficiency through financial analysis and reporting using Excel tools and Xero accounting software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and process weekly/monthly billing and payouts for 3PL providers, Mirakl sellers, in-house delivery partners, and other suppliers.
• Validate billing documents and supporting data to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor payout timelines and ensure timely disbursements.
• Generate and maintain weekly billing and payout summaries using Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) and Xero Accounting System
• Assist in the automation of billing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to maintain accurate and complete billing records.
• Support audits and provide necessary billing and payout documentation.
• Perform other finance-related tasks or duties as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.

Qualification: At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or payment processing roles. 

Role-Related Skills:

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Billing processing, accounting principles, and financial systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Xero etc.).
• Basic understanding of logistics billing (3PL), e-commerce platforms (like Mirakl), and internal payout workflows.
