JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, maximize warehouse productivity, and safety of employees. The Warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical process, ensuring the quality and completeness of MC units.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employees performance.

2. Manage, evaluate, and analyze warehouse productivity.

3. Organize and maintain inventory and maximize storage utilization.

4. Tracking and coordinating all transactions, issues and concerns to other Department.

5. Solve and prevent issues occur inside and outside the warehouse.

6. Provide daily and monthly reports based on every day transactions (Inbound / Outbound and Inventory)

7. Achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

8. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

9. Determine staffing level and assign workload

10.Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative and amend work procedure and practices.

11. Check and achieve the 7S in their work area.

12. Verify basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

13. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager from time to time.



JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  1. A College graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics provided that the candidate has the required relevant work experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.
  2. Proven work experience as Warehouse Supervisor, at least 3 years experience.
  3. Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  4. Knowledge on data system processing, computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
  5. Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
  6. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  9. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  10. Very keen attention to details.
  11.  Physically and mentally fit.
  12. Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  13. With Positive attitude, Self-motivated, Active, Safety conscious.
