Maintains files, keeps confidential and pertinent data/documents of the Department; ensures all sections in the warehouse properly files, update and maintain all warehouse transaction records/documents and reports, such as acknowledgment receipts, delivery receipts, TOG, put-away report, picklist, invoices, waybill, packing slip, as well as the required daily, weekly, monthly and year-end reports.
Monitors all requested orders are being promptly attended, scheduled and delivered.
Assists and supports Department Head with any administrative functions and other internal concerns.
Evaluates, coordinates and monitors with Warehouse Supervisors the stock level required per SKU especially on season with promotions and continuous events.
Prepares and submits accurate and timely reports required by the Department Head, that includes warehouse movements on receiving, issuances, returns, damages, deviations on processes, any discrepancies.
Keeps the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse (condition of the entire warehouse premises), that includes temperature, good working condition of all office and warehouse equipments.
Supports on the monitoring of shipments, ensuring timely transport of goods to destinations.
Assists on trainings to improve and develop skills to boost productivity and
consistency of work performance.
Breaks down projects into tasks, assigning responsibilities, and setting deadlines.
Organizes meetings (internal and external), responding to inquiries, supports the Workshop team on reports, documentations and presentations.
Manages office inventory, i.e supplies and assets of the Company; and expenses of the Department.
Helps in the implementation of policies and procedures to improve operations and functions of each concerned Personnels per section.
Ensures a safe, secure and well-maintained facilities that meets health, environmental and security standards.
Implements efficient records management for receiving, recording, sorting and dispatching by monitoring well all stock movements.
Performs other duties as required or directed.
