THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is one of the nation’s most respected humanitarian organizations, dedicated to helping people and communities in times of crisis and building a more compassionate society. As part of our digital transformation journey, we are currently seeking an Application Developer (D365) with expertise in Power Platform, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Finance & Operations (F&O).

You’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative team, helping to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and support software applications and components that facilitate the achievement of business and client outcomes through the use of process and technology.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the determination of application and component requirements to ensure that solutions and software applications are both fit for purpose and fit for use.
  • Work closely with development team members and product owners to ensure appropriate testing, training and rollout of solutions within time constraints.
  • Work proactively and independently to follow tasks through to completion


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Over 5 years of experience as a D365 Developer, with a proven ability to deliver and maintain complex system enhancements accompanied by clear documentation.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET and Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or F&O), including Power Platform and Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with D365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) and Real-Time Marketing is highly regarded.
  • Hands-on experience in application configuration, support, and ITIL processes.
  • Exposure to data analytics/reporting tools like Power BI and integration using SOAP/REST APIs is a plus.
