Account Manager – B2B Sales

My client is a fast-growing, results-driven niche marketing agency that partners with some of the biggest company names on the planet, providing innovative & creative solutions to help elevate their brand & business growth. They specialize in strategic marketing, digital campaigns, creatives and employer branding initiatives.


They are looking for a driven Account Manager to help continue the growth trajectory and drive the strategic vision. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, client relationship management & results driven marketing projects.

You will be directly involved from strategy to execution of new and innovative solutions to the South-East Asian market. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering marketing solutions that drive results.


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

· Serve as the day-to-day liaison for assigned B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their marketing objectives.

· Develop long-term, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

· Proactively manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines.


Sales & Business Development

· Identify and convert new B2B sales opportunities within existing accounts and through outbound prospecting.

· Through strategically asked Qs, gather prospects “pain points” to help create pragmatic solution proposals.

· Lead pitch presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

· Collaborate with other brand and division leaders for cross/up selling opportunities.

· Meet or exceed revenue and client growth targets.

Project management

· Coordinate with internal teams (creatives, strategy, operations) to deliver marketing solutions on time and within budget.

· Ensure the quality and consistency of client deliverables.

· Track and report campaign performance metrics to clients.


Strategy & innovation

· Help define and improve SOPs to align and support growth plans.

· Work closely with CEO. Advise and help define the future solutions and innovations that can be brought to market.

· Research other countries / markets and identify best practices that can be adapted and improved for the local market.

· Collaborate with leadership, strategy and creative teams to shape data-informed marketing recommendations.

· Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of other group services based on client needs and market trends.


Required Experience:


· 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally in a marketing, advertising, digital agency environment or similar.

· Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering sales targets.

· Strong lead generation background.

· Strong knowledge of marketing principles / trends and digital channels.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

· Comfortable using CRM tools and project management platforms.


Preferred experience, but not essential:

· Experience working with B2B tech, SaaS, or professional services clients.

· Background in employer branding projects

· Experienced with Email automation campaigns
