Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations, to deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to propose suitable AI-powered solutions.
  • Drive customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account growth and revenue.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account management strategies.
  • Fluency in English;
