Description
- Provide legal advice directly to the President and Management team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, especially in corporate and land-related matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Work closely with various departments to assess risks and ensure legal protection of the company's interests.
- Degree in Law and member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in legal practice, preferably with exposure to both corporate law and land/environmental matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team.
- Willing to work on-site full time at our main office in Las Pinas City.
