Description
- Coordinates with HR Manager in terms of recruitment and processing in pertinent to documents relative to hiring.
- Efficient conducting of orientation to the new hires.
- Responsible in the monitoring of the employees under the probationary period.
- Responsible in the efficient timekeeping monitoring.
- Responsible in the efficient facilitation of exiting employee’s employment clearance and exit interviews.
- Responsible in the efficient maintenance of the 201 Files of the employees.
- Maintaining of updated database of employees.
- Prepare necessary documents pertinent to employee movement internal or government documents.
- Coordinates with HR Manager in properly handling complaints and grievance procedures.
- Assist HR Manager in implementing the rules and regularization of the company.
- Assist HR Manager in planning any Employee Engagement Matter.
- Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
- Familiarity with resume databases.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
