Key Responsibilities
As our Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our business, focused on acquiring new clients and generating revenue. Your responsibilities will be directly related to our sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
- Proactively identify and engage with new leads through calling, emailing, social media, and other channels.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads, guiding prospective clients through sales. Attend client meetings either online or face to face set up.
- Attend meetings and get clients' event/fabrication requirements and offer tailored solutions that showcase our services and value.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into new clients and meet or exceed your monthly and annual sales targets and KPI.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM ensures timely follow-ups and create client data base.
- Participate in daily team huddles, contribute to process improvements, and work together to achieve team goals. Collaborate with the team and directly report to the Managing Director.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote ProjectCre8, set up displays, and engage with attendees to create a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for a great salesperson who is a great fit for our team. You are a resilient, self-motivated individual who excels in a competitive, target-driven environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the corporate events and fabrication industry..
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google workspace and familiar with sales management software.
- A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You're self-motivated, disciplined, with a pleasing personality, respectful, aims for excellence, and able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- You are prepared for the role's demands, including being on your feet for extended periods at events.
