  • Communicate effectively with customers in both Thai and English via chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product/service information and support to customers.
  • Translate documents, messages, and other communication materials when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or client support is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software/tools.
