Requirements of the job:
- Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean
- Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
- At least 1-2 years experience in Technical Support is a plus
- Willing to work onsite and shifting
Responsibilities of the job:
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
- Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
