• Check and review all Manpower Requisition Forms.

• Source candidates and conduct initial interviews.

• Schedule interviews with hiring supervisors and managerial staff.

• Update the employee master list.

• Prepare job offers and contracts.

• Conduct audit and inventory of 201 files and employment contracts.

• Handle AUB ATM enrollment and timekeeping.

• Source and interview applicants.

• Check and monitor performance evaluations.

• Terminate employees who do not pass the 5th-month evaluation.

• Submit 5th-month evaluations from the nurse for Maxicare enrollment.

• Prepare the monthly recruitment report.

• Create and update the Applicant Tracking System.

• Coordinate with local PESO offices for job fairs.

• Administer and attend job fairs.

• Create and update recruitment portal utilization reports.
