- Analyze purchasing trends to optimize supplier selection.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for procurement needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and cost savings.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Purchasing, Vendor Management, Negotiation, and Problem Solving.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential occasional travel to vendor locations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
