Responsibilities

Phase One: Learning and Integration (Month 1)

  • Learn and become familiar with the company’s business model, product lines, and organizational structure;
  • Understand departmental workflows and job responsibilities, completing foundational tasks assigned by your mentor;
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with data compilation, report drafting, and market research.

Phase Two: Practical Execution (Month 2)

  • Under mentor guidance, independently operate systems and related tools (CRM, financial systems, backend, etc.);
  • Participate in project execution or special assignments, taking responsibility for specific modules or follow-up tasks;
  • Analyze business data and propose improvement suggestions.

Phase Three: Independence and Growth (Month 3)

  • Independently manage tasks within a defined scope or small-scale projects;
  • Liaise with internal and external resources to coordinate cross-departmental collaboration;
  • Report project progress to your supervisor and deliver a summary of outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline (finance, economics, marketing, or management preferred);
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and a willingness to embrace new challenges;
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Overseas study or work experience is a plus.
