Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist in project management and track deadlines.


  1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication, organizational skills, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Working Conditions: Primarily offsite, fast-paced environment with the potential for overtime.
  5. Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, discreet, and able to multitask effectively.
