Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning, design, development, and optimization of the company's front-end infrastructure;

2. Ensure the stability, security, and user experience of the system;

3. Understand business needs and promote and enhance a reasonable infrastructure that aligns with business scenarios to meet the demands of business iteration;

4. Stay sensitive to new technologies and directions, conducting appropriate research and evaluation to keep the system at the forefront of industry standards;

5. Continuously refine the existing system, optimizing for code readability, maintainability, and scalability, including module division, technical processes, implementation methods, and more.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution, with extensive front-end work experience;

2. Solid foundational knowledge in front-end technologies, proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experienced with frameworks such as React and Webpack;

3. Experience with Node.js, with relevant knowledge on how to efficiently manage memory and CPU usage in Node.js/browsers;

4. Strong engineering capabilities and a proactive mindset for efficiency improvement;

5. Excellent logical reasoning and communication skills, with a strong ability to locate, analyze, and solve problems;

6. Some backend capabilities (Java, PHP, Python) and familiarity with front-end and back-end interaction details;

7. Passionate about technology with a strong attention to detail, striving for excellence.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Candidates with a strong code hygiene are preferred;

2. Candidates with a long-term maintained personal GitHub or blog are preferred;

3. Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
