Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for strategy formulation, analyzing industry trends and user needs, developing Web3 media user growth strategies and plans, and regularly optimizing and iterating;

2. Expand Web3 vertical channels such as Twitter, Discord, never, tg, plan activities, and collaborate with industry KOLs and project parties for promotions to achieve user growth;

3. Build a user retention system, carry out live interpretations, topic interactions, and other activities, and collaborate on product improvements for reading and social features;

4. Lead App function iterations and user experience optimizations, collaborating with product and technical teams to enhance core metrics (such as DAU, MAU);

5. Establish a data monitoring system, regularly analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and competitor dynamics, and quickly adjust operational strategies;

6. Explore trends in the Web3 industry, uncover potential collaboration opportunities and growth points (such as Meme, NFT, community co-building, etc.);

7. Lead the operations team for efficient collaboration, clarify goals, and drive execution results;

8. Expand external partnerships (such as KOLs, industry summits, technical communities) to build a growth ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in user growth or new media operations within the web3 industry, with a preference for candidates who have successful case studies (e.g., DAU increase of 50% or more).

2. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL), familiar with ASO/SEO optimization and advertising strategies;

3. Deep understanding of the web3 industry, familiar with the operational logic of cryptocurrencies, DAO communities, and other ecosystems.

4. Ability to collaborate across departments, demonstrate innovation, and perform under pressure; English proficiency for industry communication.

5. Goal-oriented, with strong execution skills and resilience, able to adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment;

6. Active innovative thinking, skilled in driving growth through content, events, or technological means.
