  Monitor industry trends, news updates, and key occasions such as holidays to develop timely tweet and event planning strategies that align with the project's characteristics, thereby enhancing the project's visibility on social media and in communities, and attracting more user attention.

3. Cross-Project Collaboration and Resource Integration

  Expand collaboration opportunities with other projects, integrate resources, and organize joint activities to enhance project visibility and increase market exposure. Strengthen the project's market competitiveness through effective resource integration and cross-project collaboration.

4. Brand Planning and Execution

  Responsible for the brand planning and promotion of the project, developing systematic brand strategies and promotional plans, implementing brand activities, ensuring consistency in brand image and dissemination effectiveness, and enhancing the project's market influence and user loyalty.

5. Team Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication

  Coordinate the work of various departments to ensure the smooth execution of activities, promotions, and other projects.

  Work closely with product, development, design, and other teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies with product development directions.

1. Experience as an operations manager for large-scale DeFi projects with 2-3 years in trading-related projects (DEX/perpetual DEX/TradeFi).

2. Ability to organize and host online events such as AMAs and Twitter Spaces.

3. Awareness of current trends and the ability to leverage them to plan tweets and events around holidays, as well as organize offline activities.

4. Possess certain resources to facilitate collaborations with other projects, enhancing project exposure and recognition.

5. Experience in systematic brand planning and execution.
