- Responsible for the company's market expansion in overseas markets, identifying potential customers and establishing long-term stable cooperative relationships with them.
- Possess a thorough understanding of market trends, technological developments, and customer needs in the target industry, providing professional smart manufacturing digital transformation solutions for customers.
Sales Opportunity Identification and Business Negotiation:
- Actively seek and track sales leads, conducting in-depth communications with potential customers to understand their needs and provide targeted solutions.
- Participate in business negotiations to finalize contracts, ensuring that contract terms are favorable to the company's interests and improve customer satisfaction.
Order Management and Delivery Coordination:
- Responsible for the comprehensive tracking and management of overseas orders to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate internal company resources, working closely with the R&D team, product department, etc., to ensure that products meet customer needs and address various issues during project implementation.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
- Conduct regular market research and analysis of overseas markets to understand product features, marketing strategies of competitors, etc., providing strong support for the company's market strategy formulation.

Requirements
Education and Professional Background
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automation, electronic information, or related fields. A strong interest in smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and other related fields, with a solid foundation of professional knowledge.
Work Experience-Required Competencies
- At least 3 years of overseas sales experience, with preference for those with sales experience in smart manufacturing, industrial automation, or related fields. Familiarity with business processes, laws and regulations, and payment methods of overseas markets, with a risk-averse mindset.
Language Skills
- Proficient in English, able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English, capable of handling English business emails and contracts. Possessing good cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt to different business habits and cultural differences in various countries and regions.

- Keen market insight and customer analysis skills, capable of accurately grasping customer needs and market trends.
