- Read and interpret blueprints or welding diagrams
- Perform welding using SMAW, MIG, or TIG techniques
- Inspect and measure welds for accuracy and quality
- Operate cutting tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area
- High school graduate or TESDA-certified in welding (SMAW NC I/II)
- Experience in industrial or structural welding is an advantage
- Knowledge of welding symbols and basic fabrication tools
- Physically fit and detail-oriented
