Description
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using welding techniques.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine necessary tasks.
- Inspect and test welds for quality and compliance.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, hand welding techniques, attention to detail, and safety practices.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in outdoor environments, exposure to noise and heat, and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, good communication skills, reliability, and teamwork abilities.
