Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (985/211 university graduates preferred); 2–5 years of front-end experience, including at least one year on core business at a major company. AI product experience is a plus. 2. Expert in React and its ecosystem, with a solid understanding of Virtual DOM/Fiber principles. Proven track record of performance optimization in large-scale projects. 3. Proficient with Shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS; experience optimizing performance in large projects is advantageous. 4. Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript; familiar with HTTP/WebSocket protocols; capable of addressing cross-platform compatibility and memory-leak issues. 5.
