2. Collaboration with Teams

• Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to execute web projects.
• Translate business requirements and UX wireframes into functional design solutions.
• Provide design assets and specifications to developers or web builders.

3. User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Optimization

• Focus on intuitive navigation, usability, and conversion-focused layouts.
• Conduct basic user testing and implement feedback into design iterations.
• Ensure ADA accessibility compliance and intuitive content hierarchy.

4. Maintenance & Updates

• Support ongoing updates to websites, including banners, promotions, and UI enhancements.
• Monitor trends and recommend visual updates to keep sites modern and engaging.

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and visual hierarchy.
