*Warehouse and Purchasing Officer*

Preferably residing in Antipolo

The Warehouse and Purchasing Officer is responsible for managing procurement activities and ensuring that warehouse inventory is efficiently stocked and organized. This role requires strong coordination with suppliers, monitoring of purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records of goods received and dispatched.

1. Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies needed for operations.

2. Maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate pricing and quality, and ensure timely deliveries.

3. Prepare and track purchase orders, ensuring proper approval and documentation.

4. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and timely supply.

5. Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

6. Work closely with the warehouse team to track stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.

7. Monitor and maintain warehouse stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records.

8. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality before acceptance.

9. Ensure smooth storage and distribution of materials and supplies.

10. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety protocols in the warehouse.

* At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or warehouse operations

* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software is a plus

* Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks when necessary
