- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving , picking packing dispatch)
- Supervise and coordinate staff (assign tasks, manage conflicts)
- Monitor order fulfillment process and ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure FIFO and Barcoding practices are consistently followed
- Perform inventory spot checks and weekly reports ( stock, variances, slow movers)
- Coordinate with Online Merchandiser to prioritize and align on fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- Serve as point person for minor warehouse issues (equipment, space etc)
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's (Required)
- Experience: Warehouse: 2 years (Required)
- Warehouse management system: 2 years (Required)
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
- Work Location: In person
